If you're in Excelsior Springs you've got to go by Excelsior Floral & Gifts on Thompson. It's a little family owned florist and they put together the prettiest boquets I've ever seen. The shop smells GREAT. You can even smell the flowers just while walking down the sidewalk. They even have balloon boquets. Prices are very reasonable and service is ALWAYS friendly.
