I had an incredibly positive experience with JMH for the last two years and highly recommend living in one of their buildings to anyone in Philadelphia. JMH was fair, responsive, efficient, and FAST (my emails were often replied to within minutes, or first thing in the morning if I sent it in the evening), and, if there was an issue that required someone to be sent over (for example, I had a tube-light that went out that I couldn't replace), that person usually came within a day or two. The building itself was also maintained well, especially during these last two brutal winters (sidewalk and steps always salted and safe). I've heard some horror stories from friends about their landlord experiences around Philly and really feel I hit the jackpot by being a tenant of JMH. Alan Folkman and the whole JMH crew really work hard and care about what they do.
