Jim, the owner, had no trouble setting us up for the ride up to the airport, which was perfect and well worth it. However, when we returned last month, the pre-scheduled return home was not there (our flight was on time). Maybe he was busy as it was the 4th of July, but again, we made sure the return trip was locked in BEFORE we went to the airport the month before. We called Jim who did not pick up. We kept calling, MULTIPLE TIMES, for an hour. We remembered the first driver gave us his card and we called him, who also could not connect with Jim. We ended up calling another company and ended up home fine, but not before I left Jim a message indicating my displeasure and if his online reviews and reputation (why we went with him in the first place) mattered, he'd better get a car to O'Hare ASAP. He didn't bother to do so, let alone bother to return our calls, ever, so I assume he invites my fair review of his unprofessional service and zero customer service. Avoid Jim and Mr. Chauffer and by the way, he does not employ his drivers. He hires them out. Contact me for some excellent alternatives to this poor option.
