My child got hurt two days in a row and they didn't feel that they needed to inform me. When I talked to the staff about the incidents they wouldn't speak to me about this they kept telling me they did not need to tell tell me. Your child gets kicked in the face and is bruised and swollen and they don't feel they need to tell you. I don't think. Then you get kicked for verbally abusing the staff. Most of the staff does not speak English they do not know how to communicate. This daycare is a poor example of a low income daycare charging to much for for care. Do not take your child here if you want or expect great childcare.
