The employees are very friendly & do their best to find the perfect piece of jewelry for you or your partner. They really do go out of their way to help you, but without pushing you into something you're not sure of. Their on-site repair & ring cleanings are great. You can wander around & look while you are waiting for your item. They have a gorgeous salt water aquarium in the center of their showroom. They also have a children's area, waiting area with television and they will offer you a refreshment while you browse. Definitely worth it to check them out.
