We used this school for 6 weeks this summer to help my 6 year-old son learn to read. They have a 6 week free program and it helped tremendously. When my son left kindergarten he was struggling to read but when he started 1st grade in the fall all that had changed. He was way more confident in his reading and now raises his hand when the teacher asks a student to read. This was not happening in kindergarten. Each kid is paid around a $1 a visit which made it fun to go to summer school. The only downside was that I felt there was a lack of communication between the teachers and myself. The knowledge and confidence he gained was worth the drive.
