I used to love Chili's but the food has gone downhill. The chicken strips are greasy, my food was overcooked, and the waiter was terrible. When asking for more napkins, he asked if there would be anything else because he had other tables! The manager came over and said that "the situation" would be a learning experience for the waiter and gave us a free dessert which we didn't want. I was very disappointed because this used to be one of my top favorites!
