This is a very good Italian restaurant in SF's North Beach. They've been around a number of years (dating back to the 1970s) and the food is excellent and not touristy. This is the real oldtime San Francisco Italian food--not the Fisherman's Wharf tourist trap atmosphere at all. Be sure to try the petrale--the sole is out of this world!
