We purchased quite a bit of furniture from Room 107. The items we received were of poor quality and they were not made as ordered. Delivery was to take 4-6 weeks and it took almost 3 months! They charged our credit card without our approval and we have paid for furniture that we have never received. They promise to call back and never do. They are not interested in making the customer happy. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau! Avoid this business! They promise a lot but don't deliver.
