EVERYONE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, TAKE MY ADVICE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON THIS HAS HAPPENED TO AND I AM SURE I WILL NOT BE THE LAST. THIS BUSINESS OWNER HAS NO ETHICS AND NO INTEGRITY. PASS THIS PLACE BY!!!!! I went to the store picked out a mattress at a very reasonable price. I explained to the salesman/owner that I would need to return before the end of the day to pick up the mattress since I had not brought my truck. I PAYED and made sure at least 3 more times that it would be okay to return by the end of the day to pick it up. They assured me that it would be fine and ready by the time I returned. I left with receipt in hand and returned in an hour and a half. When I did the man was gone for the day and left his sales girl to explain my "upgrade". She told me that the mattress I purchased was dirty and that he had upgraded what I originally purchased. The mattress I bought was a pillow top mattress with a 400+ coil count. The mattress I was "upgraded" to was a regular flat top mattress with close to half the coil count; a mattress that was worth about half as much. When I asked to see how the mattress I bought was dirty, the sales girl began to panic. She said she needed to call the owner. She walked away and called then came back and said "Well, let me explain what happened." She proceeded to explain how someone else had come shortly after I left and want to buy it cash and carry. The owner decided to sale them the mattress I had ALREADY PAID for and replace it with a lesser quality mattress. I asked how long it would take to get another mattress like the one I bought. The sales girl said she would call the owner to owner to check and he got an attitude with her and asked her if it was still the same customer and she told him no and he said to tell us no. I will never deal with these people again. I ended up going to the Mattress Firm where the customer service was exceptional but I also ended up paying $110 more. more
