I lived in this complex for 2 years and didn't have any problems, with the exception of having a unit that was by the highway, which caused quite a bit of noise, but you couldn't change that. I had wonderful neighbors who were quiet and friendly. Nice outdoor pool in the summer and an indoor one in the clubhouse. Very affordable for the city of Ann Arbor.
