Like so many of Joseph Giannone's service techs, Chris is exceptional! Not only is he a knowledgeable technician, but he is easy to talk to and answers any questions I have. Chris put me at ease when he came to service both my heater and A/C. He shows respect to the homeowner, and as a woman I appreciate that! He's a true rock star!!
Some contractors I've dealt with in the past had a tendency to talk down to me as sole head of household. I have NEVER had that issue with any of Joseph Giannone's technicians. To put it simply, they're just a great group of guys who know their stuff! They're honest and hard-working, and I am glad that they are a phone call away!
