i bought a child's ride on hummer. i also bought an extended warranty. i put in a claim October. now it's going on February and my childs hummer is still not fixed. i have been calling and calling. sometimes they return my calls sometimes they don't. well, i am very upset. I have made it clear i want to speak to a manager. well, i have yet to speak to any manager at all. yeah they have called me, but i some how missed thier call. i have been in sales before and if i were the manager a customer ask to speak with, i would be calling until my customer get to speak with me as requested. sam's club and wal-mart has just gotten so big they don't care about customer service anymore. all i wanted was my hummer fixed and to purchase a new warranty. they say i can't get a new warranty mine is expired. i don't understand because the warranty states "contract will be extended until repairs are made". they refuse to sell me another warranty. (more proof they don't care about thier customers) they have made me wait for pretty darn close to half of a year. i think the least they can do its let me purchase a new extended warranty more
