We bought a Brand new 2014 BMW X5 from the BMW of Bellevue dealership in December 2013 and we are highly dissatisfied with this dealership. This dissatisfaction is a result of our aggregate experience so far. We are writing this review, hoping that others will consider this before going to the dealership and more importantly they will improve this for future.
The beginning of our experience with the Bellevue dealership was when we test drove the car and I have to say that was the only good experience. After that it all went downhill from there. The day we purchased the car, our salesperson David Ly was in a mad rush. He barely explained how to set up the bluetooth and then for everything else he handed us the fat manual. He did showed the feature in the car itself where you could learn about the features yourself. You do not expect this buying a luxury car. When we test drove I asked David that BMW Connect works on Android phones and he was quick to reply that it does. After we purchased, when I asked how do I use BMW Connect from my Android phone he said that he only knows about iPhone - we should try to figure it out ourselves. We found later that BMW Connect does not work on Android in North America. Needless to say our buying experience was bad. He topped it by just bluntly asking for five star review on feedback and referring him to our friends. Rest assured, this guy would never get our recommendation.
Next day after the purchase, we got a low air pressure warning on the Right rear tire. We went to the dealership and had to wait for an hour. David was roaming around chatting with his peers but never bothered to stop by and ask, if there was a problem. A person filled up the tires and mentioned that happens during change of temperature - I was surprised because Seattle does not experience that high of a temperature fluctuation but thought maybe.
