The service we have received from this company has been deplorable. From the the 2nd year we owned thier system we have had problems. If you call the office you get someone named Justin who is not completely up front with you.He tells you someone will be at your home at such a day & time, the person never shows up.When you call back and tell him that you waited all day and the least they could do is call you. He is most unprofessional and tells you to go somewhere else. I asked to talk to the manager and he informs me he is the manager which is not true. We recently had someone install a new motor and parts which cost us money we couldn't afford to throw away. Two days later the system was not working. I was told by the person who installed the motor that the system is cracked and will not be able to be fixed. I would like a replacement or my money back which I paid for the motor. We are selling our home and I thought the watersoftener would be a nice feature to include in the sale. Which would mean this outfit would receive a new customer who perhaps would upgrade but as of today I have not heard from anyone connected with Hydro Engineering, Inc. As a Top Producer with Prudential for the past ten years and recently retired I know how important a persons integrity and superior service is for success. I plan to write a letter to their corporate office and Letters to the Editor if I do not receive a response within the next week.
