Tech Detlef came out immediately after us calling the office and took care of our main drain. He covered all the flooring and taped up the wall around the main trap and make sure that nothing got soiled or damaged. And taped up the trap cover with Teflon tape. No mess afterwards and the drain was cleared in a very short time. I would highly endorse this company and Detlef.
