Just have say I have never written a negitive review before this but after dealing with with this place I feel inspired.
I went in about two months ago for my first exam in years. The exam itself was fine. Actually I would say I was quite happy with the doctor but the woman that recommend these Extreme H20 contacts has been a pain. After finding this site and seeing all the complaints about these contacts I'm very surprised they keep recommending them.
Once I started having problems the contact lady told me to come in for a quick exam. I had somewhere else to be but she said they could get me in before I had to leave for my other appointment. So after rushing in she had me wait and when I tried to explain that I was told by her to get there asap I was informed in a very condsending manner that I had to wait and it could be up to a hour.
Their receptionist was very helpful with finding me somebody else to see but I gather from the receptionist there was a lot of friction in their office due to contact lady. Matter of fact the receptionist confirmed that the woman had told me to rush in then acted as if she knew nothing about it. This is not something I feel like dealing with when my eyes are burning.
Now I've asked to return the unused contacts but yet again this woman who has reccomend these horrible contacts, is telling me since they talked me into a two year supply I can not return them. I guess my fault for getting a two year supply but then again this is the first time I have ever been unable to return unused contacts. Considering the amount effort she went into on selling these to me and the horrible support I have gotten since I feel like I got scammed.
