I think the service is terrible! They constantly try to "sneak" items on the bill, and when I tell them I don't want those items; they make me feel like a bad "pet parent". I recently brought my puppy in to be neutered; they hauled him away without letting me say goodbye! The next day when I called to check on him, they said he was "fine" and offered no other information. I asked about the procedure and again, said he was "fine" and to call the next am to arrange a time that was convenient for them to pick him up.
