Called Allen on a referral, set an appointment for the following week. Allen said he'd be at my house at 9am. 930 rolls around and I call him, he said oh sorry, call you right back. Well he never called back and I called him at 10 only to get voicemail. ouch!
I called him later in the afternoon and he said the piece of equipment needed was broken......
Not even considerate enough to call me when he had no plan to show up because he must have had another 'better' job. Assumed I was dumb enough to believe a horribly crafted and late excuse for not showing up.
I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.
