I'm a licensed cosmetologist since 1969. I've done my own haircolor and haircuts for that many years because I was never happy with the results when I would try to go to a salon to be pampered for a change. I went to Trio 3 months ago for a color (gulp) and haircut (double gulp). Heesun has hit a home run 3 times with the color. Marisol gave me two great cuts and then blew it totally this third time. What a mess. Its going to take at least six months of growing out before I can shape it up. $72 for such a disappointment. I guess I'm back doing my own hair again.
