Our family visited Outback Steakhouse on Sunday 1-14-2007 and received poor waiting service from the waitress. We entered the restaurant at 600pm and immediately was sitted.Our waitress came and took our order and we waited 30 min, she came back to asked us how we wanted our steak cooked because she forgot to ask. (we waited another 25min.) We waited almost 1hours before we got our food. By the time I requested for a manager to find out what was the wait on our order (our food was being brought to our table). Also, We weren't asked for refilled on drinks, how was the food, recommend for favors, or a hot roll. We had to ask other waitress/waiter for more drinks, takeout tray, hot roll. To be honest, we had several people at our table. Even the manager had to offer us more drinks because our waitress didn't wait on us proper.She (our waitress)wasn't apologetic at all. She was constantly at the other table across from us chatting with her friends and didn't acknowledge us at all until she brought our bill out. However, the food was excellent but we poor waiting service. ( We had to tip 3 different waitress that night) spending over $84.00 on 2 adults and 1 child. Very disappointed more
