I first called Pertzborn for a new disposal special. The dispatcher and plumber were both delightful, courteous and obliging. The plumber (Todd) came the next day (they offer same-day service, but I was busy the day I called). When I noticed a leak over my car I called Pertzborn again and received the same attentive and quick service. The plumber worked with my schedule, and gave me a step-by-step explanation of what had to be done and what my options were. I have been disappointed with other plumbers' service and was very pleased with the service I received from Pertzborn.
