I had asked Laureate Ltd ( A client of this firm) to advertise my home for rent. This was a one month contract of $300.00 that had to paid up front. 2 yrs after my contract had expired I found that I had a lien against of $1600.00 against my credit because I had supposedly signed a 10 month contract for advertising services. Of course I had not!! I have repeatedly asked for proof of this contract to no avail. I am now counter suing this agency for deliberately harming my credit.
