I am living in a homeless shelter right now. And Faith on 6th in Columbus, Ohio has made my greatest fears come true. It is ran like a prison, the staff is in a punish mode when it comes to handling the everyday problems dealing with the homeless. For the most part most of the people staying at the shelter has drugs ans alcohol problems and need tough love, but all I see is the tough part and no love (thank god for rules that govern us all). For those who don't have that problem we suffer the same fate. degridation, shame, humiliation, harsh words by staff. no incouragement, direspect. At night I pray that God will keep me safe.
