On 9/28/03 I dropped off a tail from a 260# halibut I caught in cook inlet along with a $100.00 deposit. Since then I have called twice and the story I got was we are a little behind but we will call you when it is ready. Ok I can understand 6 months,maybe even a year but coming up on four years is quite ridiculous. I do not drop things off ,put a deposit down and expect nothing in return, not even so much as a phone call from this company. I would like to see my tail and my $100 back as I have been more than patient with this company. I am not one to criticize or right such BS but this company needs to finish what they promised and not take on more only to screw honest folk like myself out of money and a trophy of a lifetime. They will never get any future business from myself or anyone I know that needs something mounted.
