Have used this service a number of times and never had any problems. Always got a phone call usually the next day to set up appt. The contractor always here within the time given. Professional and knowledgeable so far. My most recent experience was the contractor knew the problem the minute I explained and finished the job with no mess. They all have been helpful and customer service for each contractor has been great. When calling AHS, I usually just use the touchtone prompt so never really talk to representative. So far, so good and I will continue having this service.
