Rod came out and checked my sewer lines because of backup and ran the camera to see what the problem was. He was very professional and answered all the questions we had. He discovered that the line going to the kitchen was very badly deteriorated and there was a lot of sludge coming back. I felt confident that he knew what the problem was and arranged to have the problem repaired in a timely manner.
