They are moving from this location and have offered all their "clients" the option to receive a copy of their records if they wish to transfer to another optometrist. I have not had a good experience with them, so I requested my records. They were to mail them out to me two months ago and I have still not received them. I have called a number of times, and they keep telling me that they either "were" sent out or that they "will" send them out.
