Words can’t describe how awful the Killeen Office Depot is. From the staff to the in house brand products, nothing is right. Their ink cartages are a nightmare. It started to leak after a few hours. When I took it in to try to exchange it, they wouldn't. They wouldn't take their own brand of product back! Then, I spoke to the manager who got irate and snippy with me. After that, I tried to cash my coupons for a free ream of paper, but they wouldn't honor it either! They wanted me to buy something $3 or more before they'd honor even just one of my coupons. This restriction however is not listed anywhere on the coupon. This is a terrible place! I STRONGLY recommend that you go to Office Max or Staples (neither of which isn't much further away) because there, they'll treat you like a human being.
