This warehouse is located on the Milwaukie expressway. You will find a large selection of fabrics of medium quality. They have a very nice selection of silks and bridal area. The staff is top notch and very helpful. They are open daily and weekends. There is a small sale area up front near the notions. In the back of the store a very large area of remnants. I did not find the remnants to my liking but I am looking for unique items. There is an area also in the back for rug sales. I saw "Persian like rugs" with a professional staff. There is also a very large and nice selection of home decor fabrics in the back of the store.
