The customer service is less that one would expect. Expertise is lacking as a result of high turnover. If an item is not on the shelf, then, its unlikely that staff will make the effort to get it from the local distribution center. It is evident that staff does not buy into its product (customer service). Therefore, the customer is not especially important. more
