Our first cleaning..supposed to be 3 hours..and our 670sq ft. unit was supposed to be deep cleaned for the first visit.
One of us came back before the cleaner was to leave (about 1/2 hr.) No one in sight. On first sight, it looked clean, however, there were several oversights...no dusting of bookcase, backsplash of stove was greasy, etc. many problems. The cleaner, according to our concierge left over an hour earlier than we paid for.
We contacted April Lane and received an email reply but waited for a resolution for a few weeks. They came back with an email reply that we would get back $5 as she had to pay for parking and according to the cleaner, she only left 15min. early. Well, finally April Lane called and gave a glossy story of how her cleaner would never tell a lie and that she believes she has resolved our issue by returning 45min. of our money (in a week). Unacceptable service. As she stated, she should have sent a cleaner back in the next few days to finish the cleaning...but they did NOT.
So much for service and REALLY resolving the problem. We would not have wanted a refund if she had finished the cleaning. Our unit is small...no excuse!
