Went to Applebee's at approximately 12:30 p.m. on 12/21/06. Was pleasantly surprised to get seated right away and it was not very busy. Drinks came right away but our food didn't.
We all ordered soup and salad. At 1:00 the waitress said our order would be right out. Other tables had received their orders who had arrived after us. Waitress kept apologizing every 5 minutes. We gave up at 1:15 as our lunch time was over. Supposedly she had talked to the manager but he never came out to talk to us. According to her, he just said they were working on it. This is not a place I plan on going to again. If it had been busy I could understand. Other people got up and left also.
