My husband was on dialysis, CAPD, tried home dialysis and later hemo, for altogether,15 years. I can not praise Dr. Herman and his staff enough. The staff was ALWAYS there when my husband needed anything. One nurse met us in a parking lot after we returned from a 24 hr.drive straight back from Daytona and my husband was ill. That way, we didn't have to travel another hr. to pick up the meds he needed and another hr. back home. Paul Herman trully 'cared' for my husband and myself. I can not think of 1 time in all those years that if Dr Herman was in town and my husband was in need of him that he wasn't there for 'us'. And I mean 'us'. Dr.Herman and Staff would always make the time to answer any questions that 'I' had also. The Tecs in the dialysis unit are cheerful and knowledgeable. Heaven forbid that I would have to, but I would highly recommend all of them to any family or friends. I love and miss you Dr. Herman. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts. the Stan Yoder family
