I ordered a gift card 12/2006 from Garnet Hill and paid extra to have it shipped one day. They sent it regular mail. When I called to follow up on the day after it was to arrive, they explained the mistake and offered to ship out another. Unfortunately even though I called before 5pm, they didn't send it out until the following day meaning yet another day delay. Customer service was no help. Even though I provided my work number to customer service, they left messages on my home answering machine. They just chalked it up to human error. A coworker then told me she had a problem with their web site earlier in the year. She placed an order and it was shipped to the wrong address. The items are nice and of good quality but the company's operations system is quite amateur. Use extreme caution when ordering from this web site.
