We just completed our basement finishing process with JH Basement Finish, and our experience was very positive. We checked references prior to signing a contract with JH Basement, and those references were all positive. The initial proposal was very competitive, so we decided to go with JH Basement Finish. The project was completed on time, and the contracted amount (and agreed to upgrades) were met. No surprises at all.
Our house was impacted very little by the project, and the basement itself was kept free of debris and clutter by the General Contractor and all Sub-Contractors.
There were no real issues with the quality of workmanship from anyone who worked on this project. Any minor items we pointed out during the construction process were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. I am confident that anything that surfaces post-completion will be addressed with the same professionalism.
Our basement is absolutely beautiful, and I can recommend JH Basement Finish without reservation.
