Grant is a great phlebotomist. I was a "hard to start" donor. The first person was very negative and after she saw Grant start my IV she was very negative. Commenting that he should not of started mine "veins to little".I am an RN and I am very well aware of my veins as well as technique. Grant was swift, kind, and knowledgeble and I noticed under stress and busyness he maintained this demeanor not only to donors but to co-workers. Hat's off to Grant! The RN that conducted my screening was excellent too. P.S. I applied for a job there and I would like to be considered for a phlebotomy position.
