I had ordered multiple arrangements from Christine's, and was usually pleased with the flowers themselves, but not the service. When purchased a costly arrangement and it arrived in poor condition, I called the store hoping to have it replaced or get something different (I thought that they may have run out of the flowers used in my basket, I wasn't sure). Instead, I got a response from an irritated Christine angry that I thought my arrangement wasn't up to par.
I thought that the situation was poorly handled and felt the she should have taken responsibility for the flowers she was selling. It would have been nice if she understood that I wanted the arrangement that was shown to me in the store, and had been more accommodating.
