Land Design, Inc. provides a wide range of landscape design services including 2 hour consultations, master landscape plans, and project management. Our 2 hour consultations are perfect for small planting projects; they include a custom plant portfolio with photos. For larger projects with hardscape, decks, walkways,pools and fencing, our design packages provide scaled plans, plant portfolios, and even 3D simulations that allow you to virtually walk through the spaces before any work is done. Once your consultation or design is complete we can then manage the project, working with our team of trusted contractors to bring the design to reality. John Kelly, owner and lead designer, personally supervises every installation himself. John has over 25 years experience in landscape design and installation here in Albany's Capital District area.
