Very awful experience. Abused my Mother physically,mentally. Refused to give her Meds did not keep records they used any scrap paper I had in my house to write notes on.Pulled on her right arm when they KNEW better. Refused PCP orders over the phone then when He called the office and they called here they still refused to give meds.And so many more things I cant even get into on here.I took care of My mother for close to 6 years they came in late dec of 05 and should have started continuous care then but started about Jan 12 of 06 ! And that was the worse time we had out of the whole 6 years we had I would not I repeat I would not ever recommend this company to anyone for any reason whatsoever.This site makes you rate them by stars I give them a double-negative star!!
