I went to Bella Capelli because my colorist moved there and after being taken for $90 I left the place with color still in my hair - they did not rinse all the color out of my hair and then blow dryed it with - I got home with sticky stiff hair and had to rewash my hair numerous times. When I called to complain the comment was "Yeah, what do you want me to do about it". Then after numerous calls the manager gave me a $28 credit for my next time. It was terrible and I will never go back. So anyone that wants to pay $90 to a salon that doesn't even have 1st day beauty school down - please go to Bella Capelli and feel free to use my $28 credit.
