Unfortunately, I have come to the need of using the option to freeze my account for the time being. The front desk was very understanding and more than happy to explain the procedures that would come about. I am very disappointed that at this time I need to "freeze" my account, and will surely miss coming in. I hope this is just very temporary for me. more
