So the area this restaurant is in in Gaithersburg is really nice. It's like a suburban town center - tons of kids but a surprising amount of adults. If you want real seafood, go to a seafood restaurant (clearly). But if you just want a decent suburban option, Joe's isn't bad. However, if you're going on Friday or Saturday night, be prepared to wait. Put your name in, then go run some errands at Target.
