My rating for Peoples Energy is a big FAT "0".
Since November 6, 2006 I have been trying
to get my gas service turned on. I called that 1-800-556-6001 at least five times. I have spoken to a Franz, a Sherry a Darrell and a Supervisor by the name of David Martin. NO ONE, No one has helped me. Peoples Energy says they cannot find my address. Here's the KICKER! Just the other day the postman/lady put a people's energy envelope in my box by mistake. How can the Gas company find a meter for the apartment underneath me @ the same address, same side just a different floor but can't find a meter registered for nor they claim can not find my address to turn gas service on?!
I'm with the "Judy" person if I could go with anothr GAS company I would!
