I am very happy to report that, once again, I had an outstanding experience. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, polite and efficient. I really enjoyed talking to him while he worked and he replaced the corroded flue and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I can't say enough about how great it is to have a business to call that you really feel good about!
