One complaint with my previous carpet and upholstery cleaner was the odor of the cleaning agents used. They're very powerful that they lingered even after we repeatedly applied deodorizers. This new company does a great job making my carpets clean. The stain removal process doesn't make use of chemicals with lingering scents. This time, odor removal no longer means concealing odor with another unpleasant chemical scent.
