Comcastic...Sort of 3/5/2007

At the risk of being a contrarian, I had a good experience with Comcast. My cable was down, and they schedule a repairman to fix it between 11-1 and actually called me 15 minutes before they showed at 11:08. They sent a signal through the box and fixed aconnection and were out of my place in 20 minutes In other words, they kept their promise...a rarity in this day and age. Last night, I saw Goodfellas for the 8th time....Great movie more
