As a recent homeowner in San Francisco I have had the unfortunate luck of having to call more than a few local pest control companies, including some of the higher rated ones on Yelp. In short my experiences have been poor. From exterminators flaking out on appointments, trying to up-sell me on other stuff, or just doing a shoddy job.
