I visited the above establishment on Tuesday November 28, 2006 at approximately 4:30 pm. I had just changed my oil and desired to drop it off at an environmentally friendly oil change facility. Typically, the used oil can be turned in for a credit and save the store money, help the environment, and aid the community. When I visited, I was informed that I could not deposit my oil. As I have visited this particular store in the past and was able to drop off my used oil, I disgustedly shook my head. I made a special trip for this purpose only.
Upon seeing this, one of the workers stormed out of the store (white male late 20s early 30s missing some teeth) and asked me if I had a problem. I told him that I have visited the store in the past and why would they not accept my oil this time. He told me that they were not a gas station and did not take oil. I told him that I did not understand because they could turn in the used oil for credit and get a discount on a purchase of new oil. He got belligerent and started screaming profanities at me.
Is this the type of employee hired at All Tune and Lubes?? This particular employee clearly has anger management issues that require immediate attention. I think he should be terminated, as he clearly does not possess the mind-set and patience to work with people.
This store obviously lacks employees capable of lucid thoughts. I wouldn't trust them to change my pants much less my oil.
