I had a problem with the manager Eva! After having a hard time finding a suitable matron of honor gown a friend of mine told me to try Lestan's. First I would like to commend the Lestan's staff (Shanna, Toni, Joyce and Josephine B) for all of their help. The staff was wonderful, and they helped me as much as they could. The problem was the manager Eva! I went to Lestan's and was elated that I had finally found a gown that I liked! Eva told me she could change the thin straps of the gown to 2 inches and make me a modesty panel across the chest area and the gown also came with a bolero jacket. I told Eva, I would prefer another type of jacket. Eva showed me jacket # 941and she assured me that she would be able to make me jacket # 941, which had 3/4 sleeves, a stand-up collar and the back of the jacket was circluar at the bottom and longer (waist length), plus Eva said she could make the front panels of the jacket lay over more in the chest area. I was very happy with what she promised me. I was measured, left a 50% deposit and place my order on 3/30/2013. I told the manager Eva, the wedding was on 9/07/2013, Eva told me I had more than enough time and that my gown would arrive in early July. I started calling the store the second week in July and was told my gown did not arrive yet, but not to worry I still had ample time. Well guess what! I finally received a call that my gown was on site on 8/19, and I had my first fitting on 8/21.The gown was too small and Eva had the nerve to tell me my chest had grown two inches, which was not the case, she did not measure me correctly. Plus the jacket was bolero style and this was not what I was promised! Eva told me not to worry she would take care of it and everthing would be okay by my next fitting, during this time I had to pay the balance in full, cash only. Three fittings later, I still had a bolero jacket. When I went to pick up the gown and jacket on September 4th, I had no choice but to accept it, the wedding was in 3 days.I would not recommend this place.
